This might work for some and might not for others. Choose the type of music that generally makes you sleepy. Slow songs might work for such matter. Or you can also try ambient types of noises for example spacey music or instrumentals.
The above steps do not guarantee that you will have your good night rest. Those are only some of the norms that most people are accustomed to doing in order to fall asleep.
