Having too much food and drinks before sleeping is also a common cause of difficulty in sleeping. To achieve a good night sleep, it is recommended to avoid caffeine, sugar, and alcohol hours before going to bed. If you are hungry, you can have a glass of milk or cereal instead of having those kinds of foods.
