It is pointless to head out to the gym every single day and aim for a very skinny body especially when your body type is naturally medium to large. Work out will make your body parts appear leaner or tighter but in fact the fat is not reduced. The muscles covered by the fat are developed which explains a better looking body to the naked eye.
